It is possible that you have already received an order confirmation, but your order is still marked as ‘in progress’ in your account. If you booked your tickets before August 10, 2023, this is normal. Starting from August 10, 2023, we have added the ‘confirmed’ status to the website, making it easy for you to see when your tickets are guaranteed.

Promotors have strict cancellation policies for Formula 1 tickets. Usually it is not possible to cancel after booking. We can always assist with reslling tickets at a fee. To initiate this process, please send an email to info@raceexperiences.com with your order number and the number of tickets you would like us to resell.
You have booked a travel package with tickets for the Grand Prix.
It’s possible that your trip can still be canceled for free or with a nominal fee. We follow the terms and conditions set by our suppliers, which vary by destination. Therefore, it’s best to contact our travel specialists via info@raceexperiences.com. The conditions for tickets are always the same as mentioned above.

All circuits nowadays use E-tickets. This means that we receive the tickets digitally from the circuit and can also send them to you digitally. We will upload the tickets to your account no later than 7 days prior the race weekend, you can download the tickets from your Account area. We recommend printing E-tickets, if these are in pdf format, and bringing them to the circuit. This will facilitate a smoother entry process at the circuit gate.
Some VIP tickets remain physical and need to be collected on sight or will be shipped to your homeaddress.
No, due to Race Experience reserving multiple seats on a single grandstand, we can only allocate seating once all tickets have been sold. This approach ensures that everyone is seated together when tickets are placed within one order. During the booking process, you have the option to fill in a comments field where you can express any preferences. We make every effort to accommodate these preferences when distributing the tickets. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific preferenc
For most Grand Prix events, it is not necessary to personalize tickets with names. If this is required, you will receive a notification from us prior to ticket delivery.
Tickets are typically digitally available. We will send them to the email address you used to book 7 days before the race weekend.
Yes, if you book tickets for the same grandstand in one order, you are guaranteed to be seated together. If you have made two separate bookings and still want to sit together, this can be arranged in some cases. If you send an email to info@raceexperiences.com mentioning the two order numbers, our travel specialists will look into whether this can still be organized.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide the exact location of your seats on the grandstand yet, as the seating arrangement is based on all sold tickets. You will know exactly which seats have been reserved for you at the time of delivery.
