Singapore Grand Prix and Marina Bay Street Circuit

The Marina Bay Street Circuit has hosted the Singapore Grand Prix since 2008 and made history as the first night race in Formula 1. Racing underneath the floodlights through the streets of Singapore has since made the event one of the most distinctive races on the Formula 1 calendar.

The current Marina Bay Street Circuit is approximately 4.940 kilometres long and features 19 corners. The layout was significantly changed in 2023, when four corners were removed and replaced by a longer straight. This created a faster and more flowing final sector while also providing an additional opportunity for overtaking.

Despite these changes, Marina Bay remains one of the most physically demanding circuits of the season. High temperatures and extreme humidity combine with the narrow barriers and technical layout to provide a major challenge for the drivers. The race regularly approaches the two hour mark, making concentration and physical fitness particularly important.

Frequently asked questions

How will I receive my tickets?

All circuits nowadays use E-tickets. This means that we receive the tickets digitally from the circuit and can also send them to you digitally. We will upload the tickets to your account no later than 7 days prior the race weekend, you can download the tickets from your Account area. We recommend printing E-tickets, if these are in pdf format, and bringing them to the circuit. This will facilitate a smoother entry process at the circuit gate.

Some VIP tickets remain physical and need to be collected on sight or will be shipped to your homeaddress.

Is it possible for me to choose a specific row/seat number on the Grandstand with my booking?

No, due to Race Experience reserving multiple seats on a single grandstand, we can only allocate seating once all tickets have been sold. This approach ensures that everyone is seated together when tickets are placed within one order. During the booking process, you have the option to fill in a comments field where you can express any preferences. We make every effort to accommodate these preferences when distributing the tickets. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific preferenc

Will our Formula 1 seats be together?

Yes! If you book multiple tickets for the same grandstand in a single order, we guarantee that your seats will be together.

What if we have separate bookings?

If you and your companions have made separate bookings but would still like to sit together, we may be able to arrange this. Please contact us at info@raceexperiences.com and include both order numbers. Our team will check whether we can arrange adjacent seats. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this for separate bookings.

Can I choose my exact seats?

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your exact seat numbers at the time of booking. The final seating arrangements depend on ticket allocations and availability.

You will receive your exact seat numbers when we deliver your tickets, usually shortly before the Grand Prix weekend.
