General

Below are the most frequently asked questions in the "General" category. If your question is not listed, please feel free to contact our travel specialists at info@raceexperiences.com

Cancellation options depend on the type of booking you have made. Below, you’ll find more information about cancelling Formula 1 tickets and travel packages.

Formula 1 Tickets

Grand Prix organizers generally have strict cancellation policies. As a result, Formula 1 tickets are generally non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed.

However, we may be able to help you resell your tickets for a 10% service fee. If you would like to explore this option, please contact us at info@raceexperiences.com. Make sure to include your order number and the number of tickets you wish to resell.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a successful resale.

Formula 1 Travel Packages

Cancellation conditions for travel packages vary depending on the hotel, destination, and applicable booking terms. As a result, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or a refund will be possible.

Please note that Formula 1 tickets included in a travel package are generally non-refundable. Even if you can cancel your hotel accommodation or other travel arrangements, the ticket costs may still be non-refundable.

We recommend contacting our travel specialists at info@raceexperiences.com to discuss the cancellation conditions and available options for your specific booking.

Terms and Conditions

For more information about cancellations, refunds, and other booking conditions, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Most Formula 1 tickets come in digital format, either as a PDF or through the circuit’s official ticketing app.

We depend on the event organizers to release the tickets to us. Therefore, we aim to send your tickets at least 7 days before the Grand Prix weekend. Sometimes, you may receive them even earlier. Occasionally, organizers only release tickets during the week of the Grand Prix. If this happens, we will email you in advance with an updated delivery timeframe.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the Grand Prix and ticket type. Rest assured, receiving your Formula 1 tickets shortly before the race weekend is completely normal. There is no need to worry if you haven’t received them earlier.

Where will I receive my tickets?

We will send your tickets to the email address you used when booking. Would you prefer a different email address? Please contact us at info@raceexperiences.com and include your order number and preferred email address.

F1® Experiences Packages

If you have booked an F1® Experiences package, you will generally receive physical tickets or credentials. We will either ship these to your home address or arrange collection at the designated F1® Experiences Ticket Office. Collection at the circuit is the most common option. It is generally the safest and most reliable method, as it avoids potential shipping delays.

We will always inform you about the delivery or collection procedure in advance. However, we often receive these details shortly before the Grand Prix weekend, sometimes just one week before the event.
