This is an example of a hotel you can stay in during the Grand Prix weekend. 

The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins is a 4-star hotel located next to the Southern Cross Station. This historic hotel features a restaurant and bar where you can enjoy delicious dining and drinks. Additionally, you can relax in the hotel’s spa or blow off steam in the gym.

The rooms are non-smoking and equipped with a comfortable Queen size bed or Twin Single beds. There is also a mini bar, coffee and tea facilities, air conditioning, and WiFi available in the room.

You can easily explore Melbourne due to the hotels location next to the Southern Cross Station. With the tram, you can visit all the hotspots of this great city without any problems. During the Formula 1 weekend, a tram departs from here directly to the Albert Park circuit.

Transfers

During the Grand Prix weekend there will be trams going directly to the Albert Park Circuit. These trams are free of charge when you have a ticket to the Australian Grand Prix.
