Every decision matters in Last Lap: Lead or Lose. Build the strongest hand of Position Cards while using Special Cards to outsmart, block and overtake your opponents. Steal the Race Leader, force rivals into a Pit Stop, reverse their actions with Switch Back, or gain an advantage with a perfectly timed Undercut.
Each race consists of 5 laps, with players scoring the points from the cards remaining in their hand after the Last Lap. The number of races equals the number of players, ensuring everyone gets an equal chance to start a race.
When the final race is over, add up all scores. The player with the highest total wins. In racing, there are no second places… only the winner matters.
