Are my booked tickets guaranteed?

For most tickets, we work with our own inventory, which allows us to quickly guarantee your tickets. You will always receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your tickets are guaranteed.

It is possible that you have already received an order confirmation, but your order is still marked as ‘in progress’ in your account. If you booked your tickets before August 10, 2023, this is normal. Starting from August 10, 2023, we have added the ‘confirmed’ status to the website, making it easy for you to see when your tickets are guaranteed.
