During your Formula 1 trip to Austria, you can choose to stay at Hotel Süd Graz, a comfortable 4-star hotel in a quiet location in the south of Graz. The historic city centre is approximately 5 kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Süd is located outside the city centre and is therefore less central than our other hotel options in Graz, but it offers a more affordable option. Its location in the south of the city also has an advantage during the race weekend, as you can save travel time on your transfers to and from the Red Bull Ring on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Rooms

The comfortable rooms at Hotel Süd are equipped with a desk, minibar and satellite TV. During your stay, you can enjoy complimentary access to the hotel’s wellness facilities, including a sauna and infrared cabin, as well as the fitness centre. After a long day at the Red Bull Ring, you can also relax with a swim in the indoor pool.

A varied breakfast buffet is served every morning and is included in your stay. After returning from the circuit, you can enjoy a drink at the hotel bar.

Several restaurants serving Austrian and international cuisine can be found within approximately a 5 to 10-minute walk of the hotel. There is also a McDonald’s nearby. A supermarket is located close to the hotel, making it convenient to pick up food and drinks for your day at the Red Bull Ring.

Travelling to Graz by car? Parking is available at the hotel for €12 per day. Please note that the car park has a maximum vehicle height of 2 metres.

For a more central stay during your Formula 1 trip to Austria, you can choose the Radisson Hotel Graz. Opened in 2024, this modern hotel offers comfortable rooms and excellent facilities in a convenient location in Graz.

The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants, while Graz city centre can also be easily reached on foot. A supermarket is located next to the hotel, making it convenient to pick up snacks, drinks or lunch for your day at the Red Bull Ring.

The modern rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV, minibar and coffee and tea-making facilities. The spacious bathrooms feature a walk-in shower with a rain shower.

After returning from the Red Bull Ring, you do not have to search far for dinner or a drink. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy a meal or relax with a drink after a long day at the circuit.

Travelling to Graz by car? Parking is available in the hotel’s parking garage for an additional fee.

The circuit does not allow the selection of row and seat numbers.
Tickets for children are available at a significant discount.
All grandstands have numbered seats for all three days of the event (Friday till Sunday).
No ‘Free Friday’ is available for sitting on any grandstand.
Sunday-only tickets are available with a small discount compared to three-day tickets.
A wheelchair area is available on the Start-Finish grandstand, with a 50% discount for less valid spectators on other tickets.
All grandstands and General Admission areas have access to large TV screens.
The Main grandstand and the North grandstands are covered, permanent structures. The remaining grandstands are temporary and uncovered.
Limited shelter is available in the General Admission areas.

Turn 3 Grandstand

Located at turn 3, the highest point on the Austrian circuit, this grandstand offers an exceptional panoramic view of a substantial portion of the track. Renowned as a prime spot for overtaking maneuvers at the Red Bull Ring, turn 3 provides an exhilarating perspective. Complete with a TV screen, you won’t miss any of the race’s thrilling moments. Despite not being the most expensive option at the Red Bull Ring, tickets for this grandstand provide outstanding value, presenting impressive panoramic views at a renowned overtaking location.

Turn 8 Grandstand

The grandstand situated at turn 8 is among the newer additions to the Red Bull Ring circuit. This turn promptly succeeds the iconic bull on the track. When considering value for money, the grandstand at turn 8 stands out as one of the more budget-friendly choices at the Red Bull Ring.

Turn 9 Grandstand

The grandstand located at turn 9 is a recent addition to the circuit in Austria. This vantage point provides an outstanding view of turns 9 and 10, acknowledged as two of the fastest turns on the Red Bull Ring. Moreover, from this grandstand, you have a clear sight of the pit lane entrance, enabling you to witness the cars entering the pit lane among the first. A sizable television screen at this grandstand guarantees that you catch every moment of the race. Notably, tickets for grandstand 9 are among the more economical choices at the Red Bull Ring.

Grandstand Schönberg

Positioned between turns 3 and 4, Grandstand Schönberg provides a dual opportunity to observe overtaking maneuvers in both turns. Offering a good view of both turns, this grandstand enhances your chances of witnessing thrilling race moments. The inclusion of a large TV screen for the Schönberg grandstand ensures you stay fully informed about the race action on the Red Bull Ring circuit. Additionally, tickets for the Schönberg grandstand are among the more budget-friendly options at the Austria circuit.
