When will I receive my tickets?

Most Formula 1 tickets come in digital format, either as a PDF or through the circuit's official ticketing app. We depend on the event organizers to release the tickets to us. Therefore, we aim to send your tickets at least 7 days before the Grand Prix weekend. Sometimes, you may receive them even earlier. Occasionally, organizers only release tickets during the week of the Grand Prix. If this happens, we will email you in advance with an updated delivery timeframe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the Grand Prix and ticket type. Rest assured, receiving your Formula 1 tickets shortly before the race weekend is completely normal. There is no need to worry if you haven't received them earlier.

Where will I receive my tickets?

We will send your tickets to the email address you used when booking. Would you prefer a different email address? Please contact us at info@raceexperiences.com and include your order number and preferred email address.

F1® Experiences Packages

If you have booked an F1® Experiences package, you will generally receive physical tickets or credentials. We will either ship these to your home address or arrange collection at the designated F1® Experiences Ticket Office. Collection at the circuit is the most common option. It is generally the safest and most reliable method, as it avoids potential shipping delays. We will always inform you about the delivery or collection procedure in advance. However, we often receive these details shortly before the Grand Prix weekend, sometimes just one week before the event.
