Azerbaijan Grand Prix – Baku City Circuit
The Baku City Circuit made its first appearance on the FORMULA 1 calendar back in 2016, as the European Grand Prix. In 2017, this changed into the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. As most other circuits on the F1 calendar, the Baku City Circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke. The design combines technical sectors in the Old Town with long straights along the coastline. The total length of the circuit is 6,003 meters and the track has 20 turns in total.
