Ticket Tips

Japanese Grand Prix Ticket Tips

Below you will find the most popular tickets (valid from Thu-Sun) for the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka:

  • A General Admission ticket provides access to the associated General Admission Area indicated by the ticket. Have a look at the circuit image below this text for the different areas. If it fits your budget, a grandstand seat is well worth the investment;
  • We recommend Stand C – Honda Seats Middle if you are on a budget, but would like to book grandstand seats. This grandstand is located after turn 2 and offers a relatively good view of the track. You have a large TV screen in front of you and can see the track on the left and in front of you. These are not the best seats in the house, but then again the price isn’t either!;
  • Stand Q2 Upper zone (1-2-3) grandstand seats are in the middle price range. The Q2 grandstand is located just after the chicane at the end of the back straight (sector 3). From the Q2 grandstand you have a good view of the F1 cars passing at low speed. If you want to take a nice snapshot, this is the place to be. And with a bit of luck you could also witness some beautiful passing moves as the cars enter the chicane!;
  • Stand A2 offers excellent value for money. This beautiful grandstand, which is an extension of the A1 grandstand and has its own big TV screen, offers spectacular views of the entrance to turn 1. It is a good place to overtake and on Sunday after the start of the race you have a good view of the action in the first corners;
  • Grandstand V2 Upper zone 8 is a grandstand to choose if you want to know what’s going on in the pits and experience the build-up, start and finish of the race up-close. If this isn’t important to you, choose a more economic seat where you can see on-track action.

Children under the age of 2 can enter for free. Information on rates for children from 3 to 15 years old will be available soon. All children need their own ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. Ask Race Experience ticket professionals about the remaining options.
